The Valuation Process

Our Valuation services are based on the following procedures;

Property details

We usually request you to provide us with various details of your property and its location. This forms the basis of our quotation which indicates the valuation methodology, required docs, timeframe & charges etc. You are not required to pay an initial deposit unless, the assignment includes some substantial expenses like accommodations, remote location access etc.

Inspection

Upon obtaining a Local Purchase Order (LPO). We shall agree on the proposed dates of inspections and urgency of the valuation. On site, the valuation exercise may include interviews, review of collection of related documents, taking photographs, measurements, noting down the different asset The Valuers will conduct the necessary checks, inquiries, research, trends in line with property being valued for purposes of obtaining information that will guide on the appropriate value

Client's Re-engagement

Report Submission

Depending on the urgency, our team is flexible and ready to fit within your timelines. We usually prefer to receive the balance of our fees within 2 weeks from the report submission date. This is meant to all our clients to review the report and address their complaints. In some cases, we may suggest that the client settles the balance of the fees before the report submission.
